Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has moved to a new Resident Parking Permit platform. Permits transfer and no refunds of permits are needed.
To request a refund of your GoParkit account credit, please email support@goparkit.com with your account details. If you have not completed a transaction with us in the past six months, we will need to obtain your card details in order to process the refund.
Resident permits are now managed through mycoco.ie/parking. To access the new system, please create an account on mycoco.ie using the same email address you previously used on GoParkit. After verifying your email, you can begin managing your permits on the new platform. If you do not receive the verification email, please check your spam or junk folder. For support and queries in relation to the new system please contact internalpaidparking@dlrcoco.ie rather than GoParkit.

For about ten years, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council in partnership with GoParkit offered residents of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown a cashless, ticketless, parking permit service. GoParkit now focusses on provision of its underlying technology and programme code to organisations who wish to operate their own parking or other permitting systems.
