Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is moving to a new Resident Parking Permit platform.To request a refund of your GoParkit account credit, please email support@goparkit.com with your account details. If you have not completed a transaction with us in the past six months, we will need to obtain your card details in order to process the refund.Resident permits are now managed through mycoco.ie/parking. The system will be unavailable until 17th April 2026.To access the new system, please create an account on mycoco.ie using the same email address you previously used on GoParkit. After verifying your email, you can begin managing your permits on the new platform. If you do not receive the verification email, please check your spam or junk folder.For support and queries in relation to the new system please contact internalpaidparking@dlrcoco.ie rather than GoParkit.The system will look and feel similar to the old GoParkit platform but with one key difference: Payments are now made on a pay as- you- go basis—credit top–ups are no longer required-.

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council in partnership with GoParkit offers residents of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown a cashless, ticketless, parking permit service.

** When purchasing permits please ensure to utilise your credit. If you don’t have enough total credit then top up your account to the required level to pay for your permit. **

If you have credit on account and require a refund please email ‘DLR refund support request’ to support@goparkit.com. You will need to provide us with card details if you have not made a transaction in the past six months.

Activating visitor permits?

You can activate your visitor permits via the GoParkit website driver area. Visit https://my.goparkit.com/Permit/VisitorPermit/Activate.
Just enter the vehicle registration, the date and click activate.
No need to print off your ticket.

You will of course need to have purchased visitor permits as a resident in advance of activating.
